Vicki joined Crossbrook in October 2000 after working for Fishpool's Department store in Waltham Cross from 1996-1998, Quality Market Research Services in Hertfordshire from 1997-1998 and HSBC Bank in London from 1998-2000.

She attended St. Edmund's College in Old Hall Green, Ware from 1990-1996 and Broxbourne Comprehensive School in Broxbourne from 1996-1998 and attained 8 O Level's and 3 A Level's.

Vicki is one of the 3 partners at Crossbrook and is mainly in charge of the day to day running of the back office, together with various duties, the most important ones being FSA regulations and all issues involving office monies including settlement of insurer and supplier accounts.

Her many hobbies include running the accounts for her husbands football club (the White Horse), dog training, eating and drinking out.

Vicki lives in Ware, Hertfordshire, is married to Chris and has no children as yet.
