Jill joined Crossbrook in April 1998 after being a housewife for 11 years. She had previously worked for North London Insurance from 1977-1979 and then Keywest Insurance in Enfield from 1979-1987.

Jill attended Southgate School in London from 1970-1975 and attained 3 CSE's and 5 O Level's.

Jill is the claims manager and is mainly in charge of processing new claims and liasing with insurers on behalf of Crossbrook clients. She specialises in non fault claims through Direct Accident Management Limited, where she can provide a number of services including compensation for injuries and providing like for like courtesy vehicles.

Her many hobbies include fitness, eating and drinking out.

Jill lives in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire and has 3 daughters, Rachel aged 26, Ami aged 20 and Grace aged 17 and 1 son, Sam aged 16.
