Olwen joined Crossbrook in March 2009 after working for the Jolly Farmers in Enfield from 2003-2004 and Lanes Estate Agents in Enfield 2004-2009.

Olwen attended Goffs School from 1996-2001 and Hertford Reginal College from 2001-2003 and attained 3 O Level's and 2 NVQ's in food preparation.

Olwen is one of the 4 personal lines insurance consultants and is mainly in charge of supplying quotaions, new business processing and mid-term adjustments.

Her many hobbies include going to the cinema, she is a great Star Wars fan and eating and drinking out.

Olwen lives in Enfield, Middlesex and is married to Martyn.
